A callus is a thick area of skin that has become dry and rigid due to recurring contact!. Learning to remove calluses naturally can help you avoid a trip to the doctor!. It's quite simple to do, and you can use items that can be found around the house!. Set aside approximately one hour to complete all the steps to remove calluses naturally!.

Here are some remedies I learned in nursing school:

1---Wash the area of skin thoroughly!. Use soap and plenty of water to remove any dirt in the surrounding areas!. Dirt can interfere with the process and actually cause calluses to worsen over time due to an increase in friction

2---Add 2 to 3 tbsp!. of baking soda to warm water and begin soaking the affected area!. This will help dissolve the dead skin and begin the healing process!. Soak for approximately 30 minutes!.

3---Dry the area completely!. It is important that you don't allow this area to remain damp!. Use a towel to remove all moisture!.

4--Sprinkle a small amount of cornstarch on the area!. This will ensure that the area stays dry!. It will also help ward off infections!.

5---Find a piece of cloth and soak it with vinegar!. Before you go to sleep, tape the piece of cloth to the area of skin which you are treating!. When you wake up, remove the piece of cloth!.

6---Use a pumice stone to remove any remaining dead skin!.

Hope this helps! take care sweetyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Use fine sand paper to help remove some of the dead skin!. If thats too wierd for you then you can go to any supermarket and buy the 'proper' sandpaper on a stick that will do the same thing!.

Removing the dead skin will relieve some pressure!. Try to moisturise your feet every day!. And wear some shoes!Www@Answer-Health@Com

See the chemist or drug store - there is a special calcus remover - like a very fine grater on a stick!. You use it after your bath - very gently - over a couple of weeks it reduces or disappears!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
