Severe foot pain....?!

I was playing soccer n my foot gave out it couldnt hold my weight i fell w!.eves, i got up n ran on my heal of my foot cuz i knew i had to keep playing until we could get a substitution!. and when i come off the Medical person said i have serious muscle cramps in my foot, she was able to massage them out, n i was able to go back on to the pitch again, once i got back out there, they come back n were really painful!.!.!. today the foot is really sore, is there anything i can do to it!?!!? i Have soccer again tomarrow!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
