I would wait 15 minutes more, to see if it kicks in!. It takes longer for some brands!. It would be fine to take another!. It helps if you take them on an empty stomach!. DO NOT take any extra acetaminophene or aspirin products within 24 hours of the loratab, it could damage the liver or cause an overdose (uncommon, but possible none the less)Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, if the Lortab was not prescribed for this wrist pain, it is not advised that you take the pain medications for the pain until it has been examined!.

If you have borrowed the Lortab, definately do not take more than one!. If one does not relieve your pain, you need to go to the ER/A&E for an examination!. Emergency rooms prefer that you not mask pain prior to being seen, as pain helps in the diagnosis of the condition!. If a person comes in with pain medications in effect, and the pain seems mild, they might miss something which would have been found if the pain had been at the actual level!.

If the wrist is broken, the best way to stop the pain is to immobilize the fracture, which will decrease the pain stimulus!.

Please get the wrist seen as soon as possible, and don't over take pain medications!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, if you are in major pain!. I would advise you to take two of them!. Never take lora tabs when you dont experience pain!. There the number one top addictive pain killer out there! Just be careful and make sure you only take it according to the level of pain you are in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
