Carpal tunnel worries?!
Question: Carpal tunnel worries!?
i'm 12 years old, and i go on my computer alot!. i'm a fast typer!.
ive been feeling numbness, or pain
its really hard to describe how it feels!.
i've been feeling it in the part where my arms fold!.
near the elbow joint!. the pain is not on the elbow part, its inside the arm!. gahhh im sorry if i cant describe it well!.
my question is, am i developing carpal tunnel, is there a way i can stop it!?,because i am worried!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Very possible!. Talk with your parents and ask them to take you to the doctor for an upper extremity neurometer!. This will be a good sign of what is happening with your arms / hands!. Also, you might want to ask your parents to get you some sort of brace to wear when you are on the computer!. Be sure to communicate this with them so you can get the help you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
