Why can't I sleep ? ?!


Question: Why can't I sleep !? !?
I have been going too sleep
at like 5:00 AM!.
And then I end up waking
up at like 3:00 or 4:00 PM!.
And I never get the
chance too go to sleep!
Today I woke up at 4:30 PM!
That's the latest I have woken up

happens to me too for example its 1:00 AM wher i am right now im NOT a morning person just try to do something physically exausting during the day that will make you tired set an alarm for like 10:00 to get up you will be so tired after staying up so late you will fall asleep faast at night and that might take things back to normal and if all else fails call a doctor you might be an insomniac!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What are you doing on the computer at this time!?
what you are doing is stimulating your brain to the point that you can't wind down and go to sleep!. To fix the problem, there are a bunch of changes you have to make to get back in a normal sleep cycle!.
First of all, no electronic devices at least an hour ahead of bedtime!. They wind your mind up!.!.so you need some down time before bedtime,
Choose a bedtime and go to bed at the same time every night!. Get up at the same time in the morning, too!.
Establish a bed time routine, in terms of caffeinated ready for bed!. Do it every night!.
Drink some warm milk, perhaps, or some apple juice!. Avoid caffienated beverages after say, 6 pm, to avoid the stimulant effect!.
Aerobic exercise , such as walking, for 20-30 minutes a day, helps to tire out your body, maintains a deeper level of sleep and also is great for your overall fitness- do that and till help, too!.

Same here! I've been going to bed like at 2:00 and waking up like around 11!. I get so annoyed!

One night go to bed reallly late and then wake up reallly early!. Like go to bed like at 4am and wake up around 9am!. So then when you go to bed that night you will be so tired you will have to go to bed early!

Talk to your doctor!. You'll need to do a sleep study!. It could be something like apnea or something of that nature!. If it is just insomnia your doc can perscribe some tranqs!. They work splendidly I use them, but my disorder is a little different!. I produce night time horomones in the day and daytime horomones at night!. They found that out from a sleep blood test with me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know but I haven't slept very well lately!. I can't fall asleep and then can't stay asleep!. It really sucks!.!.!.
