I sleep with the air condition on ....?!
Question: I sleep with the air condition on !.!.!.!.!?
!.!.!.in the morning i feel my head heavy and kind of headache,I sleep 8 hrs and its like i have slept 3!. then after i make a showerdrink some cofee etc i am ok!. do you think its the air condition that makes this !?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, do you sleep with your face in the pillow or pull your blankets up over your mouth!? You could be keeping oxygen from getting to your lungs and your blood vessels will push more blood through to compensate!. This is why if you've slept a REALLY long time you actually don't feel better because you've been half-suffocating yourself in your pillow when you sleep!Www@Answer-Health@Com
