I got bit by a silverfish... should I be worried?!

I know everyone on here says you can't get bitten by a silverfish, but I most certainly did!. I occasionally see them around, and I do know the difference between that and a house centipede!. Anyway, it was on my leg, I hit it, got that silver goo on my hand and when I went to wipe the rest off my leg there was a fresh wound left behind (no, not from my finger hitting my leg)!. It's like a tiny gash!. Anyway, should I be worried about venom or diseases or anything!? Any real help is appreciated!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
