If they have been blind since birth then no!. My mum cares for a blind lady and asked her this question!. The blind lady has been blind since birth and says she dreams in thoughts!. If a blind person once had normal sight then they can dream people and colours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have talked to blind people who were not born blind and they can dream in recollection and if intense, sometimes images of their own== Now the people who were born blind have only color and thoughts, with no letters diagnosable= one gentle man told me he gets music= oh the blind leading the blind, one thing we all have in common ==dreams, in any way, shape, or color= gotta love um= "the great escape"Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it depends if they could ever see or if they were blind from birth!.
