How to change sleeping habit?!


Question: How to change sleeping habit!?
as my holidays are goin on!.!.i have developed a habit of sleeping late and waking up late, if i wake up early i get a headache which persists for the whole day!.!.because of this m not able to give time to other things!.!.helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Best way is preparing mentally! I too have the same problem but i dun get a headache now a days!. i sleep at around 2am and get up at 9!.At first i did have headaches but it became a routine for me as i prepared myself mentally that what so ever i will get up at 9!.For this i keep the alarm on!.now that i m used to it, i get no headache!n enjoy the whole day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you get up late!. Try to do something very exhausting!. Pick up a new sport hobby, or run a few miles!. So you will want to go to bed earlier than usual!. Do this daily til your habit changes to what you want it to be!. Try to lay off the caffeine and other beverages that will cause you to stay up late!. i had the same proble!.!.!.!.!.!.!.n d solution is that dont think about anything at night!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.when u r lying on d bed!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.just dont think of anything!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.if u cant stop yourself from thinking!.!.!.!.!.!.!.just think about something boring!.!.!.!.!.!.it will definitely help!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and try hugging something soft!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.for instance a soft toy!.!.!.!.!.!.people might consider dis silly bt it really helps!.!.!!!!

Its just your misunderstanding!. You keep your self busy during day!. and try to plan your work for the next day in advance!. Try to do excercise in morning will keep you fit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a time and work out like an hour a day every time and just try 2 exercise every day u will see a change in u r sleeping habitWww@Answer-Health@Com
