How do i prevent getting angry and anxious without a ciggerette?!


Question: How do i prevent getting angry and anxious without a ciggerette!?
i know its hard too quit smoking but im used to smoking all day every day every single day , about every half hour and as soon as i wake up in the morning after i eat after i shower everything and i know i cant get ciggerettes until tomarrow or whenever and i just had one about a half hour ago and my addiction is kicking in, and when i dont have one i get very moody angry and all these emotions, its pretty extreme, what can i do to prevent that!? dont say buy gum or anything because if i dont have money too buy a pack right now i dont have money too buy that gum, it does not work anyway, so can anyone please help!?!!?!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all make a firm decision to quit!. That's what you want, isn't it!? Then find out what exactly the withdrawal symptoms are and how long do they last!. So if it is two weeks, ( let's say!.!.!. ) then you know you and everybody around you will be miserable for that period of time!. For me the first two days were the hardest every time i quit!. Last cigarette i lit was in early December 1999!. It took me a year to quit, and i really, really, really wanted to!. One of the best decision i made !.!.!. You can do it!. Try a stress ball you can get for a dollar!. It helps when you are on the go and you need to release the tension!. Also, if you can, get signed up for some kick boxing or yoga classes!. You need to feel relaxed!. Also, that person above said you can try snacking on vegetables or fruit!. Maybe regular gum just to keep your mouth busy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i've been in that situation and here is what i did: smoke all butts in ashtrays, count all loose change and consider buying the cheapest brand! borrow a few dollars from a friend!. borrow a few cigs from a friend!.
