How can I make myself much more comfortable in bed?!


Question: How can I make myself much more comfortable in bed!?
I'm always tossing and turning or waking up in some sort of discomfort!. At first, I thought it was the mattress, so I put one of those memory foams on it!. Not much of a difference!. So then I bought a couple of new pillows!.

Now I have six pillows ranging from soft and fluffy to flat and hard, and I try to mix it up for what's comfortable for me but I can only sleep with a couple of pillows at a time!. I don't know what else to try!. I'm just so uncomfortable! What else do you think'll work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can try the Tension Tamer tea!. It really winds me down, seriously relaxes my body! No late meals after 9:00pm, lavender bath oil with light massge after while shin is still moist!. (Neutrogena Sesame Oil) Try sleeping with a pillow between your legs, If you sleep on your side or under your knees if you sleep on your back!. I own a great DVD by Hemalaya Behl that has a PM sequence to help get you ready for bed!.

a trip to a chiropractor or masseuse (or both<drool>) could set things right, so the measures you've taken thus far can support the repair they do!.

Since you have tried the obvious have you talked to a doctor!? You might have sleep apnea or other sleep disorders!. There can be many issues that affect sleep: stress, diet, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I feel uncomfortable in bed I have my wife give me a foot massage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
