Cartilage piercing (removal) help..?!

Question: Cartilage piercing (removal) help!.!.!?
Okay, so:
In December, I got my right ear cartilage pierced!.
A few months later, I put in a silver hoop!.
And, appearantly it was cheap and so it rusted!.
Now, I can't get it out at all!.
I've tried just bending it to get it out, but it doesn't bend easily
and then it just pinches me (which feels great) when I let go!.
I've tried icing (numbing) it and getting it out!.
My mom's tried!.
But nothing's worked!.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can
get it out as painless as possible!?
Or maybe how to numb it so it won't hurt!?

PS: at the moment I have a "draw out salve" smeared on both sides to maybe help draw out the infection!.

It hurts really bad right now,
can anyone help!?

Thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Wire clippers or nippers!. They cut really close small wires or larger wires!. Be careful though they can cut skin or pinch it!. Then use a little brute strength or a wrench to open the loop enough to remove it from your ear!. Most likely a two person job!. Hope this helps you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
