Question: My muscles keep getting really tense around my shoulder blades!. Why might that be!?
I know it's from stress and I also want to know what I can do to get rid of it, you know!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try this
Lie on the floor on your stomach!.
Reach back with both arms!.
Try to make a motion as though you are flying!. This releases the shoulders!.
Next, stretch the shoulders by taking the right arm and crossing it under your neck!., Use th left arm to press the right arm very gently!. Do the same with the left arm!. This is a very good shoulder joint stretch!.
Finally, bend your head down and let it hang!. Gently roll your head from side to side!. Raise the head!. Repeat 3 timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Take breaks and roll your shoulders every 15 minutes or so!.!.!.
Eliminate what ever is stressing you!.!.!.I know that sounds silly, but if you know it's stress, then deal with it, or the people causing it!.

Ugh, mine do too and I hate it so much!. I ask my bf to give me massages, but it doesnt seem to help, even thought he does it really hard!.!.!.!.Sometimes taking an Aleve or something helps, but it still sucks!.!.!.!.lemme know if u get any good answers!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds like stress to me!. When I get really busy at work I have that problem too!. You're probably all tensed up when that happens!. Just relax and stretch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Could be stress, I get that when im stressed out, It's called your upper thorasic area!. Deep tissue massages help me, along with some advil gelcaps!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
