Question: Back pain caused from!.!.!.!?
Ok, i was in a car accident last year in march, and i started having back pain like in november!. it's just my lower back and i went to the doctor, she said it could be a back strain!. the medicine isn't helping either!. oh, and it usually occurs when i'm sitting for long periods of time!. is it from the car accident!? btw, im only 13!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is doubtful but it is possible!. Anything is possible!. It sounds like a strain though!. Make sure to get some walking in and some stretching!. Maybe it is just from sitting all the time and you need to increase the periods of walking and getting some exercise to increase the muscles in you back!. Good Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
