It can happen if the angle is not properly reflected in the Xray!.
For eg minute hair line factures can only be detected through xray from 2 / 3 angles or otherwise are likely to be overlooked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the radiologist took a look 2 weeks later to give his opinion as always and found a fracture!.!.
