Problems sleeping...?!


Question: Problems sleeping!.!.!.!?
It's honestly 4:23AM right now, and I can't sleep!.
I've been lacking sleep a lot lately!. Maybe it's because my sleeping patterned has been changed a lot this summer, but I don't know!. Now I can't fall asleep till around this time or later and then I whine up waking up around 1PM!.
I don't like this!.!.!. I wanna sleep, but I can't!.
My mind wanders to thinking about so much stuff!.!.!. what I need to do tomorrow, if my friend got that email, another question I wanted to ask on here, what's been stressing me, to how much I wanna fall asleep!.
This is bothering me!.

Insomnia runs in my family!.!.!. I don't know if that makes any difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a similar situation and I find the best thing to do is lay down and concentrate on your breathing!. Try to count each breath you take!. Get off the computer and turn the lights off!. The longer you have the lights on on the longer your body wants to stay awake!.

I would not take sleeping pills unless you can have over 8 hours of sleep (and I don't think you want to sleep all day)!. I don't like to take them unless I absolutely have to because they make me feel like a zombie the next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like me kind of!. So I tried to fix it tonight (or last night rather) by staying awake the whole night and not going to sleep so then at night i'd go to sleep early and my problem would be solved!.
Though, I should've thought this through more because I'm going to the Midnight showing of The Dark Knight later, so chances are I'm gonna fall asleep during it hahaWww@Answer-Health@Com

i'm the same way!. but usually i go to sleep around 8 am and wake up at around 11am!. so i only get a few hours a day!. i think i do have insomnia cuz it takes me hours to fall asleep!. i should go to a doctor!. you should too!.

until you go to a doctor try tylenol pm!.!. that's what my mom told me to take!. but she hasnt bought me any lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

its not insomnia moron its called going to bed late=waking up late-early=early, set an alarm for 8 or 9 in the morning and suck it up all day then youll crash early, its the only way to get your sleep schedule rightWww@Answer-Health@Com
