Question: I have carpel tunnel sen drum!. I use braces on both hands!.I can't afford surgery!.!?
What can I do to help some of the pain and numness!? It sometimes keeps me up at night!. I have no insurance,and can't afford it now!. Does some-one have some advice for me!?

you have probably already tried taking Motrin, but if not you could -i honestly do not think it will help much if at all thoguh, since you seem to have a very progressive case!.
the first poster was right, if it is caused from work/work related then it should be covered on workmans comp etc!.
But i know how it is to not have insurance!.
My friend had this and she got to the point where she dropped things all the time and fianlly had to have the surgey!.
But she used to put her wrist in an ice wrap for the pain!.!. i dont know if this would help you---good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can massage the inner wrist and forearm!. What caused your carpal tunnel syndrome!? Was it at work!? If it was cause by work you should contact a manager or supervisor and advise them of the issue!. Work related injuries are the responsibility of the employer and your medical should be covered by them and their insurance company!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
