Answers:
Moving the painful region is aggravating the pain and resting the part is relieving the pain, therefore the source of pain is a muscle or a joint around the scapula or a bursa!.
Apply heat, rest the part and take some simple analgesics and the pain could disappear in a week, hopefully!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you have pulled a muscle in that area!. Try taking some motrin for pain control, use a heating pad(but do not fall asleep on it) and see how much that helps!.
If it doesn't clear up in a few days, go see the doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I just went threw the same thing!. My Dr!. had me do an MRI, and it turned out to be bursitis, which is an inflammation of the bursa!. After receiving some injections into that bursa, the pain went away!. But, you could have done a number of things to it!. You need to see your Dr!.!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
