Take an Ibuprofen pill prior to hitting the sack!. Sleep with an extra pillow and keep your head elevated, this will keep your eustachian tubes open and relief the pain!.

See a doctor!. He can give you some antibiotics to get rid of the infection!. In the meantime, take ibprofen to ease the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
