(have someone help you with this) take some plastic wrap or cloth, wrap it not too tightly around your arm ( this makes taking it off easier) then proceed to take strips or gause and dip them into the plaster solution and apply that to your arm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I work in a hospital as an xray technician, if your arm is broke you need to get a cast from a doc!. It also importent that it heals correctly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
