I find this so helpful!. That and to take someone else with me to take notes in case I miss something!. If I don't do this, I always forget something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes I do!. I also do research on the internet or where ever I think I need to!. My Dr!. told me that she finds it helpful!. It isn't that I am going in tell her what to do, I am going with information that can help her by me knowing more of what is going on with me!. It makes my visit more productive and she always compliments me!. My Dr!. told me that part of a Dr!. patient care is working together!.

you could do that!.!.!.take a list with you when you ask the doc questions!. but you don't have to take notes really, you can take an ipod with your or an mp3/4 player that has a record function!. you can record your doc's conversation!.!.!.i do that with interviews!. works pretty well and it doesn't distract the interviewee!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When i go to the doctor, i go in for a specific reason, whichever that reason may be, i usually write a list of all symptoms i have or how i feel and read them off so i dont forget anything!Www@Answer-Health@Com
