Sleep, Sleep what's sleep?!


Question: Sleep, Sleep what's sleep!?
I get up everyday at 2:15am!. I drive 54 miles to take my husband to work and then 54 mi back to our hometown where I work!. I work a 9 hr day and then drive another 54 mi to pick my husband up from work and back home again!.!. another 54 mi!. 216 miles a day!. When my husband I get home we make dinner, spend time with our 2 children, and 3 dogs and then go to bed around 9ish!. I get no more than 5 hours of sleep!. And then do it all over again!. WE both have really good jobs, and only 1 car!. I am the only one with a driver license!. So naturally I am the driver!. Money is SUPER DUPER tight right now, and stress is consuming me!. My employer wont budge in giving me 2 days off in a row so that I can get caught up in sleep!.
When I'm driving sometimes I close my eyes for more than a second and catch myself!.!. I have tried all sorts of energy drinks and even diet pills with high caffeine!.!. We can't just quit our jobs!. Good jobs are really hard to find these days!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A decent night's sleep makes the next day so much more bearable!. We all know the feeling of having to go into work tired and grouchy the next day because we have hardly slept the night before!.Remember that any caffeine intake through out the day can keep you awake, so limit this as much as possible especially after 6pm at night!. However if you are not tired then you will not sleep so you should do something relaxing (read a book or do some mediation) until you are relaxed!. Of course if you have had a hard day or have been awake since the early hours you may be tired much before 9pm!. Do you not force your self to stay awake until 9pm as this will just mean that your body does not get enough sleep for what it needs!.All in all the best way to help guarantee a decent nights sleep is to relax as much as possible!. Make sure that any stresses from through out the day are out of your mind, any issues that you have are sorted before you to go sleep and that you have no worries on your mind!. This will ensure that you get a decent night sleep with no interruptions!.
The more relaxed you are when you sleep the more rested your body will feel even if it's 5 hours!. AND PLEASE DON"T FALL ASLEEP WHILE DRIVING! FROM YOUR LETTER YOUR FAMILY COULDN"T SURVIVE WITHOUT YOU!Www@Answer-Health@Com
