I find it extremely hard to get out of bed and my muscles are constantly sore!. I get these headaches that come and go, and I don't usually get headaches!. I'm in a "daze" until around 3 when I go home!. What on earth could be wrong with me!. I'm a healthy 21 year old, I'm 5'3" and I weigh 126!. !?!?!?!? Any ideas are greatly appreciated!. I know it's long, thanks for reading in advance! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would start with your doctor and have your thyroid checked!.
At first, you may barely notice the symptoms of hypothyroidism, such as fatigue and sluggishness, or you may simply attribute them to getting older!. But as your metabolism continues to slow, you may develop more obvious signs and symptoms!. Hypothyroidism symptom may include:

Fatigue
Sluggishness
Increased sensitivity to cold
Constipation
Pale, dry skin
A puffy face
Hoarse voice
An elevated blood cholesterol level
Unexplained weight gain
Muscle aches, tenderness and stiffness
Pain, stiffness or swelling in your joints
Muscle weakness
Heavier than normal menstrual periods
Brittle fingernails and hair
Depression

Also, high calcium caused great fatigue for me as I had a parathyroid tumor!. I am sure there are many other things that could fatigue could be a symptom for so be sure to see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I went to the doctor with all of your symptoms, only to learn it was allergies!. I especially think your problem is allergies because of your headaches, which occur around the sinus cavities where drainage occurs!.

If you don't already take allergy medication, your doctor may want you to try it to see if it works!. I take Allegra, which greatly helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You seriously need to get at least 6 straight hours of sleep!. All thet new pressure on you!. 6 hours of sleep a night should do the trick!. I remember once when I switched jobs, I had a hard time sleeping and my whole body suffered for it!. 6 hours straight of sleep for a few days!. If that doesn't help, then see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know this has happened to me before, and you may thing that you're healthy and fine, but you can actually have mono, and not even realize it!. Lathargic and no energy are signs of early symptoms of mono!
Mono, is not only a kissing cold! It can form from an uncaught cold that has lingered in your body, or even just from the simpleness of sharing a drink! check with your doctor!.
You can be forming signs of narcalepsy or another type of sleeping disorder that hasn't been running in your family!Www@Answer-Health@Com
