Sinking feeling, and shaking in bed - my epilepsy?!

Question: Sinking feeling, and shaking in bed - my epilepsy!?
Does anybody lie in bed at night and suddenly get like a two-second shake, alost like a miniature ceasure!.

Also have you ever been half awake and half asleep:
sometimes I wake up and im still asleep and when I try to move I cant! eventually I pull free and wake up fully but its quite frightening its like being paralysed

Also has anyone ever suddenly got this rush when your not fully asleep but your lying there and suddenly out of nowhere feel like your falling!? I had a dream while not fully asleep where i tripped on branches or vine-like or things sticking out and seemed to fall and as I did felt this huge sinking feeling

ttytt I can't remember if I was half awake or half/fully asleep for that one!.

Anyway can someone tell me if they've experienced any of these things or heard of them and explain them to me thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think everybody gets the falling thing, I don't know anyone who doesn't!.
The reason you feel paralysed is because during a certain stage of sleep you are actually paralysed, and if you wake up suddenly when you're in that kind of sleep then you'll be paralysed for a few seconds!. That's normal too!.
The only thing I wonder about is the shake!. I get that too and I always wondered if it was something to do with epilepsy (which I don't have, to my knowledge)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
