Kristina, I would get the cervical traction neck pillow- It will give you the proper support in your neck while you sleep!. If you have any type of neck pain, tingling in the arms or hands, headaches or even stiff neck - this pillow will help with that!. You can sleep on your back and and on your side with this pillow!.This traction neck pillow will gently stretch your neck while you are sleeping- there is also a support side as well that you can use (dual purpose)!. But before you get this pillow I would get a proper check up of your neck, especially if you have any neck pain symptoms!. Okay hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

buck wheat pillow, can't sleep without it!.!.!.

takes some shaking and positioning to get it where I want it!.!.!.

have learned over time, because I am a side sleeper, that pillows are made for back sleepers!.

the distance from my shoulder to the side of my head is a spread finger span!.!.than is what my neck wants for support so my neck isn't stretched out and hanging over all weird!.!.!.

I have tried the temperpedic pillow ( we have the mattress)but it does not have the thickness that my neck wants!.!.!.!.

give the buck wheat pillow a try!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My chiropractor recommended a "water pillow"!. This way you can adjust the pillow to suit your needs/comfort, changing the water level as needed!. It is very easy to fill and you can beat it up like a feather pillow!. Gives great support to your neck and shoulders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

best pillow i ever had was the old style cotton pillow with some cotton seeds in it!. aside from being soft, the seeds act as beads that massages, sort of, the back of my neck and head!. this pillows can't be bought in a department store 'coz mine was hand-madeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Tempurpedic have worked well for me so I agree with the other posters who are recommending this pillow!. You can also purchase this brand from Bed, bath and beyond if you have one in your local area!. Good luck and I hope you find yourself pain free soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

tempurpedic! they are about $50 I think but they work great, I know exactly what you mean about pillows instantly losing their support, these ones do not!. you can get them at target or a tempurpedic store, probably other places too but that's all I know ofWww@Answer-Health@Com

Tempurpedic!.!.!.!.they're expensive though so if you can't afford that, I would try a down alternative pillow!.!.!.you can get them for $15 to $20 and they work fantasic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
