It's not from playing too long, because it happens during the first song!. It's the big muscle on the palm of my hand, right below the thumb!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have only played Guitar Hero once, but I have played the violin for 6 years and it is kind of the same concept!. You are probably bending your thumb backwards when you are playing or you are gripping the guitar too tight!. Try to keep your thumb curved towards the frets so it doesn't hurt as much!.
