Question: Can someone explain to me what the blood test "Sed Rate" means !?
!.!.!.and what a very elevated Sed Rate can show !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Sed Rate (sedimentation rate) measures the speed at which red blood cells settle to the bottom of a glass tube!. The presence of certain abnormal proteins in the blood can cause red blood cells to stick together and sink more quickly!. A very elevated Sed Rate can be indicative of an underlying problem such as infection, inflammatory disease or even cancer!. However, the test is not specific so you'd need further testing to find the cause of the elevated Sed Rate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'll go with Dragon's answer on this one:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
