Question: I have a weird "nerve" stretch that I occasioally get!. What is it!?
I exercise at least three times a week, and I stretch each time!. I can't quite touch my toes without it being pretty uncomfortable!. On Tuesday, I jogged at least one mile, probably two!. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, my body felt extremely uncomfortable; it felt like I was stretching all the time!. My whole back felt tight, and every time I tried to stretch the rest of the week, it felt like a

Okay, nerve pain down a leg/or legs, can be sciatic nerve pain!.!.!.
Usually the left leg and back is affected more than the right side!.!.
The tightness is basically muscle fatigue, and sometimes lactic acid build up!.!.!.Muscles being stetched beyond their limits will always result in pain!.!.!.!.
Sitting on your "Backside" doing nothing, can also irritate your sciatic nerve, likewise, too much stimulation can do the same!.!.Go figure!. you say!?
Well, it must be true !.!.not enough and too much are both as bad as one another!.!.!.
The pain will go, but your nerves and muscles surrounding them are tightening, contributing to the discomfort!.!.
Rest and paracetamol will help!.!.!.
Just a hint, make sure you drink before, during and after excercise!.!.!.
Not too much rain water, you need something with electrolytes!.!. to complete rehydration!.!.!.ie !.!.'Gatorade" or other sports water!.!.Available from Supermarkets, Vending machines, corner stores, Petrol/gas stations !.!.etc!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
