Question: Headache - Sharp Pain on only one side of the head!.!?
Ive been having a massive headache on the right side of my head!. It only hurts in that area and every few seconds it would hurt like hell!. What is causing this!? What can I do to cure it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it is acute pl search a painful point (with round tipped pen/jimmy) 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds!.
For forehead/eye pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below!.

Boy-HEADACHES must be the topic of the day!. I'm at home today after a minor surgerical procedure and also have a headache!.
Have you tried taking anything over the counter for the pain-Tylenol, etc!.!? I have cluster migraines and they tend to be on the right side of my head about 75% of the time!.
Until you can get to a doctor try alternating a heat pack for 5-10 min with a cold pack 5-10 min!. This helps the blood vessels contract and restict (they some times forget to do this during a headache!.) For heat and cold pack I buy or borrow a pair of my husband long boot socks-purchase a bag of rice (not INSTANT) and DO NOT COOK IT!.!.!.!.!.!. Fill the socks with the rice!. Then you can heat one in the microwave 3-4 min careful not to burn and put the other sock in the freezer!. These last for a long time!. Great for headaches, back aches, sprains, strains, etc!. Also they are better than using dry heat, like a heating pad due to the fact dry heat pulls the moisture out of the muscles, which causes more pain!. Hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
