Leg pain from Irish dance?!
Question: Leg pain from Irish dance!?
So I Irish dance, and a little less than a week and a half ago, I had two 2 hour long classes two days in a row!. I didn't have much time to stretch beforehand, and we did a lot of high leg kicks, which I normally don't practice much!.
Ever since then, the back of my thighs have been in a lot of pain whenever I stretch it out!. I could barely walk for a few days because it was so painful, and now it hurts really to do leaps and clicks and things like that, which is making it really hard to practice!. It feels like my leg is being way overstretched whenever I do them!.
I have two feises (competitions) this weekend and I was hoping my legs would feel better by now, since they've never hurt for this long!. Does anyone know what's wrong with them and how long it'll take for them to feel better!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you pulled a few muscles, take it easy a few days, and soak in a long hot bath!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
