I can't sleep.....?!
Question: I can't sleep!.!.!.!.!.!?
I've been having weird dreams lately and now I don't want to sleep but I have to wake up early so I need to go to bed!!! Reading won't work like it usually does!. Neither will bubble baths!. What should I do!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

For sleep, try putting on some soft music or a source of white noise, like a fan, whichever isn't too distracting for you!. You could also spray a bit of lavender or a comforting scent around!. Try to eliminate sources of stress, at the very least, an hour before bed, if not in the rest of your life!.
If you've been having nightmares or dreams that make you uncomfortable, try to fill up your mind with something else before you go to bed!. What kinds of things usually make up your dreams when you're not having these dreams!? Try thinking about those, or playing a video game with story to it!.
This is also a temporary fix, but I find that if I take half a unisom before bed, and make sure I have eight hours to sleep, I get a deep rest and usually don't remember my dreams!. If you wanted to try this for a couple days, your dreams might 'clear out' of your dream-cache, as I like to call it, and start with something new!.
It may also help you to talk to someone you know IRL about your dream!. Talking about dreams can change your perception of them, and may help you get rid of some of the stress they've caused!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try changing your night time habits!. Cut any kind of caffenine off by mid day!. Soak in a bath before heading to bed!. Also I have heard that some people fall asleep with certain sleeping aids like a running fan or soft instrumental music!. And one other thing that I have tried myself is a pillow that is filled with Lavender!. Lavender is suppose to be a real soothing herb and is know for healing many types of aligments!. i hear drinking warm milk helps!. apparently one sip and you're out!. i dont know for sure but it's worth a try!. also try tea, and other things like that!. maybe have someone, a friend or someone, read to you!. aroma thearpy is also helpful, i use it to calm my body down but if you spray the lavendar scent around your bed it calms you enough to sleep!.
i actually had the same problem last night, i couldnt sleep, until 3 in the morning when i had a really bad dream and woke up at 6 and couldnt go back to sleep!.

Turn on a noisy air conditioner or the radio on very low on a station that plays classical music!. Tomorrow go out and buy yourself some tylenol pm!.!.!.!. or if you have some in your house- BENADRYL-- take a dose of it!.!.!.it is the same med that is in tylenol pm and it really works without any tiredness in the morning!. If you don't know what Benadryl is used for- it's taken for allergic reactions and is non habit forming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They say that when you have too much on your mind, and an empty stomach, you have a hard time trying to get too sleep, try to clear your mind if something's bothering you, and eat a light snack 2 hours before you go to bed!. Try Hot Milk if that does not work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There are several natural things you can do, have a Camomille Tea, Vitamin B, Omega 3 oils, taken for a bit it will help you relax and fall asleep, get a restful night too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
