Question: Urgent! After I purged!.!.!.!.!?
After I purged I tried to drink something and it hurts like hell going down my throat!. It's like someone scraping a nail down my throat!. It's so painful!
I really don't want to go to the hospital because it's getting too costly!. I have torn my esophogus before but it was lower down and I didn't have this pain just blood in the purge!. I couldn't tell if there was blood because my vomit was dark brown due to what I ate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a washcloth warm and hold it on the outside of your throat!. You probably threw up something not digested yet!. Maybe a larger piece of food!. Only you know what you ate!. It never hurts to gargle with warm water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When you purge you force food as well as the acid from your stomach back through your esophogus!. The throat wasn't designed to handle that kind of acidity!.
Your throat is raw!. You've damaged it!. The only way to fix it if you're purging everyday is to stop!. I know that doesn't sound like the perfect solution to you, but if you don't stop it'll just get worse!.
Also, your teeth will begin to deteriorate as well because of the gastric juices that are coming up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You really need to be seen by a doctor since you already have a history of a torn esophagus!. You don't need to take chances!.
And please be seen for the bulimia!. You can get better emotionally and physically!.

i wont judge you but obviously u know you shouldnt purge but if you have done it often, bringing the sick up actually burns your throat thats why it is dangerous because its the stomach acid burning your throat!.!.!.!.you should see your doctor, he/she will not judge you either they are there to help trust me!.!.!.!.and i hope this has helped hun! xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
