Nerve block injections work good for taking away at least 50% or more of spasticty, tingly, burning pains, etc!. They don't always last to long which means you have to go back for more costly injections!. The injections are very painful depending on where the needle is inserted and what kind of doctor is administering them!. I recommend semi-conscious sedation when getting nerve injections in the spine because the pain can sometimes be excruiating!. Also, the more nerve injections you get the more pain you get at the site of the injection due to sore irritated muscles on top of your other problems you have to deal with!.
