Abdominal pains???!

Question: Abdominal pains!?!?!?

ive been having abdominal pains like if i got bruised, and its not cramps, it feels like im pregnant but cant be possible because im only 13, i have had to go to the doctors previoussly because of colon problems, but its not this, what is it!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have not had your first period yet this pain could be as a result of that!. Some women will get cramping in the days to a week before they have their period!.
