If it's a fairly light bruise, you can rub a nickel on the bruise edge-wise!. You need to do it very hard, it will hurt a little bit!. A bruise is dead, clotted blood cells under the skin due to ruptured capillaries!. If you rub it like this, it will break up the clot!. This will leave your skin a little red, but that goes away fairly quickly!. When it does, the bruise should be gone!.
