Question: In the past 48 hours I have had 2 hours sleep!. Its midnight here and I cant sleeeeeeeep!?
Im 17!. Not tooo stressed!. Just why cant I sleep

i also always have that problem!. make sure there are no irritating noises around and no annoying streaks of light also try clearing your head or get lost in a song or a movie and think about everything that happened in the song or movie!. or i find that just watching tv and getting bored is the best way!. you probably have lost your mental clock and are having difficulty adjusting again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
