Question: My right hand is swollen!?
i hurt the muscles in my arm/shoulder 2 days ago and now my hand is swollen!. how can i keep the swelling down!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a very difficult question to give a direct answer to because you don't say how you hurt your arm/shoulder!.
I can only suggest you apply a cold compress to the affected area of you hand, like a bag of frozen peas, for ten minutes!. If there is any pain take Ibuprofen, an anti inflammatory, but not if you have are sensitive to it or have problems with your Stomach, plus your usual pain killer such as Paracetamol, (do not exceed the dose for your age - instructions on the container)!.
If the pain doesn't subside go to your local A&E or Doctor!.
