Question: I have lower arm pain when i sleep help!?!?!?
ok i have been having pain in my fore arm for the last past night!.!.!.but only when i sleep!.!.!.!.i'm so tried of it i dont know if its cause i'm stressed or if i'm always getting mad but can someone tell me what my problem may be!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had it once and so did my sister it lasted many days a really uncomfortable feeling like your forearm not ever being able to relax!? I tried all sorts of things, hot cold and even an arm sling and propped it on pillows but nothing helped!. I went to the chiropractor and it went away!. I think she did something with my wrist or thumb I think she took my hand and shook or snapped my forearm something like when you try to snap a towel at someone!. I also modified how I held my steering wheel it has not come back since and this was years ago!. My sister had it recently and she also went to the chiropractor and had it treated!. Is it only your forearm, or does it affect your wrists and hands/fingers!? If so, that is a sign of carpal tunnel syndrome!.

Try getting used to sleeping on your back, sleeping on your side might hurt ur arm in some way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
