I feel that you need to do some self analysis on your own or seek the help of a psychiatrist if you have long standing worries and phobias!. If it is not the case probably you do not have enough physical exercises during the day!. Even if you run or exercise for 30 minutes every day you should get some sleep!. Try also do something which does not interest you during night!. Reading books which doesn't interest you or seeing a film which is a real bore!.
Build up your will slowly with the auto suggestion feeling that
you will have a good sleep!.

same for me!.for some reason i have a fear of sleeping!.two days ago i stayed up 24hours i couldn't sleep!.basically its because my stupid panic attacks and phobias!.just read a book to tire my eyes!.that worked for me at 9am yesterday!.i read 2pages of a book and thought calm,peaceful thoughts and relaxed my legs and i was out!.try drinking warm milk or listening to soft music!.or just close your eyes and think happy,good,peaceful thoughts!.right now i cant because i have a bad headache from not sleeping due to panic attacks =[Www@Answer-Health@Com
