Question: How can i recover quickly from basketball related injuries!?
Ive been working on my vertical jump for a month to prepare for next season!. im starting to tap rim =)!. but as i was training, i injured myself a lot!. my first injury was that my left knee started hurting for no reason after each workout!. A couple of days later, i fell badly on my right ankle and had to stop training for 2 days!. then just today, i hurt my right calf!. all of these injuries dont hurt too bad right now, but im concerned that they might have long term effects!.what activities should i do(or stop doing) to ensure that they heal quickly!? and also how long should i stop training!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First you need to make sure you are stretching properly!. A couple of sessions with a personal trainer is well worth the money!. Alternate ice and heat!. Frozen peas for ice and dampen a small towel and put in the the microwave for heat!. 20 minutes alternate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
