NEways it goes like this:
For some odd reason I've gotten used to speeling facing down!.!.!.I don't know why but this is the only way I can fall asleep!.
NEways, recentlly I've been getting these excruciating pains in the back of my legs, my calves!. It REALLY hurts : /
to the point that I have to (literally) stand up so the cramp pain in my calves goes away!. This happens any time at night, I have NO way to predict it, NO way to control it!.!.!.| can only stand up so the pain goes away N | can finally go back to sleep again!. This happened to me last night N my calves are still a bit sore, it feels like I got Charly horsed there last night!.!.!.NEways, I want to know what this could mean, I hope it's nothing too serious, I already have to learn how to walk again from a car accident I was in where I was left for dead in the 4o1 highway!. The car accident I was in happened around 1AM and we were found in a ditch around 5AM, was in a coma 1 month, driver died!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sorry about the accident!. try this lay on your back point and stretch your toes towards your body!. this will pull the muscles in your calfs and help with the pain!. try massaging your legs before bed also!. being i dont know you, you may need to see a dr again you may have something else going on!. good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
