Question: Extreme sharp pain on bottom of my foot! Help please!!?
This pain is localized in the center bottom of my foot and is so severe that it hurts to walk!. It only happens about once a month and I dont do anything out of the ordinary to cause it!. Just happens when it wants to!. Its been happening for quite some time now and I never remember to ask my doctor since it doesnt happen that often (about once a month)!. I've heard it called a "stone bruise" but I cant find any info on this!. Atleast not something that would cause a recurring pain like this!. I dont know what to do and am desperate!.
