What should I do about my nocturnal muscle spasms?!

Question: What should I do about my nocturnal muscle spasms!?
I went to the doctor about a month ago and she perscribed me some muscle relaxants because I couldn't sleep as a result of my muscle spasms!. BtW they are really painful!. So I haven't had any problems for a month but the pain started again!. Should I take the rest of the medication or just go to the doctor again!. I want to avoid that because i'm low on cash right now!. Also my sleep is way off right now and any little noise or sound will wake me up and i can't go back to sleep!. Could the muscle spasms and not being able to sleep be associated with one another

Otherwise are there any home remedies!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
yes, they could be related and most likely are!. People are still able to feel pain in sleep!. If you are able to wake that easily, you probably weren't fully asleep to begin with!. Whether that was because of pain or a sleep disorder, I couldn't tell you!.

Try breaking your pills in half so they will last longer, but still give you some relief!.

When your cash situation gets a little better, try getting a massage from a massuese!. That has worked wonders for me!. It's better than a chiropractor, the effects last longer and get more for the same money!. It costs about $45 or $50 for a one hour massage!.

If you get lucky, you might be able to find a student that is interning at a licensed massage therapy clinic and get the massage for half-price!.

I am not aware of any natural sedatives, but I'm sure that they exist!. Try checking with a local health food store or GNC!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tylenol pm, take like four and nothing will get you up for like 8 hrs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
