Great peace and respect to you my friend!.

I have completely quit now from a 40 a day habbit, but it wasn't easy of course!. I quit, for 2 years, and started again, then I quit for 5 years then started again, now, I've quit for 7 years and stayed stopped!. I know, it sounds foolish, stopping so many times, but it is always with you even though you think you're clear of it!.

I used no patches, no medicinal products, no acupuncture or hypnotherapy - I just stopped! Went cold turkey LOL!. But one thing I did do, most importantly, I opened up a bank account and put all the money in it - weekly that I'd not bought ciggys with, and watched it grow very quickly into a huge sum!. Then, I used it to put a deposit down to buy a brand new car, I had never owed a new car before! Then the monthly repayments (LOL) were so high, that I couldn't afford to buy smokes again even if I wanted to smoke!. I took away that safety net if you like and made a huge jump to commit financially to something that I could see and own!. I've got rid of that car now, and bought another brand new car!.

Could I smoke a ciggy right now!? Easily could, but I could not afford to smoke for long!. That car still needs paying for!.!.!. Good luck, I hope you can stop, it is much better if you do, and your children and all your friends and loved ones will benefit if you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

See your Doctor ,get champix tablets and its easy!. I smoked for 40 yrs, had a heart attack 8 yrs ago and stopped for 2 weeks!. I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE A NON SMOKER!. I take my tablets as directed and I have no craving for a ciggie!. Start the course and pick a date (very important) about 2 weeks ahead as your cut off date ,take your tabs and smoke until that date then, stop smoking, (I doubt if you would want to smoke by then) You will find that the cravings have gone all thats left is habit and you can beat that easy!. I stopped 11 WEEKS ago now with these tablets, I cant recomend them enough!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Its all down to yourself, you have to want to stop more than you want anything else, I went from smoking 60 a day for 35 years to being a none smoker, I picked a day that was important too me and stopped on that day, the first year is hard but after that it gets easier!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to quit is to just stop!. Set a day that you decide you are no longer going to smoke and use your will power to stop!. For the first week it is difficult but then it will become easier!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
