A couple of years ago, I was playing on the school monkey bars!. One of my friends accidently bumped be off!. I fell and put my arm down to break my fall!. My arm hurt but i didn't know that it was broken!. My friend told by teacher and she told be to go to the office!. When i got there it turned out it was broken!. I have one question: why would you want to do that to your self!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Many of them take drugs!.!.!.drink!.!.!.smoke!.!.!.why can't you break your arm!.
1!. Put on knee pads and elbow pads!.!.!.!.!.!.no scrapes this way!.
2!. A bicycle helmet will keep you pretty!
3!. Have a friend drive you in their car!.
4!. Jump out (take off seat belt at last minute, you don't want to die or anything!)
5!. Start at low speeds (10 miles an hour or so)!.!.!.!.!.if it doesn't work increase the speed!.
This should work!.
Oh and do it in front of the Emergency room!.!.!.!.just in case!

Do you happen to know how incredible painful that is!? It's not something you just want to do for fun!
But if i was going to do it for whatever sick reason I would try falling out of a tree the wrong (or in this case right) way!. That's how my friend broke hers!. But it wasn't intentional!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm really not sure why you would want to do this!? Its really painful! And if you don't break it completely or the right way lots of time doctors have to break it again to make it healable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
