Question: Best way to soothe aching muscles/bones!?
I've been doing tennis 4 hrs a day on weekdays and I hurt everywhere!. How can I soothe my aches!? Well the obvious would be a hot bath, so I welcome any ideas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try gentle massage and eat alkaline foods before playing tennis!. With strenuous exercise, the muscles give off lactic acid, this is what gives us the pain!. Really it will go in time but eating more alkaline foodstuffs beforehand may help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get plenty of sleep!. Also, advil will help the inflammation a lot!. Keep well hydrated!. Fish oil is also good for inflammation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Add epsons salt to your bath, and take advil before you play tennis!. After is ok too, but before is more effective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
