Answers:
you can buy aloe vera gel at any cvs or drug store!. or just try to keep it cool!. like that guy said!.!. take a cool lbath or sit in front of a fan!. GOOD LUCK!! o and DO NOT listen to the stupid @$$ guy who told you to take a hot shower!.!. DONT!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Basically when you got sunburned (superficial Burn) you overheated the then trapped the heat into your skin!.

You need to release that heat somehow!.

In the ER we give silva-deen (sp), however at home you can take Ibuprofen (sp) to relieve the pain and swelling, take a cool bath, sit in front of a fan, whatever it takes!.

You will be miserable for about 24-48 hours!. Sorry!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know everyone keeps saying Aloe Vera!.!.!. but here is what i do which IS EXTREMELY SOOTHING

You use that: depending on brand (dont use store brand it's a piece of bullshit) but when you get home put it in your fridge for about 2 hours then put it on!. it relaxs it a lot and it feels alot better then aloe vera by itself!. anytime you need it make sure it has been cool for awhile tho!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will last a day or two!. Aloa Vera, (I think that is how you spell it) is very helpful!. You can find it at most stores like Long's or Rite Aid!. If you go swimming again, where a T- Shirt and then you won't get burned!.

Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

my grandmother told me to use vinegar once and it worked really well!. you just pour some in a cup and take a washcloth and rub it on the affected areas!. it sounds crazy but it is the best thing I have ever usedWww@Answer-Health@Com

this sounds nuts, but crush up tylenol in water - a bunch, then slather it on the burn - it will bring down swelling!. also - Motrin for pain & drink LOTS of waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

take the hottest shower you can!. This will open your pores and relieve the heatWww@Answer-Health@Com

put on a sports bra lather tons of lotion and aloe vera on!. when it dries up put on wet , cold cloths on the afefected area!. drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get into a tepid bath filled with teabags for about an hour, then use moisteriser!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
