I don't think I'm sleeping well?!


Question: I don't think I'm sleeping well!?
I don't know what happened to my sleep this week!. When I first get into bed, I stay awake for a couple of hours!. I change positions so many times!. Then, I'm not sure if I fall asleep!. To me it feels like only a few minutes have passed, but when I look at the clock, a few hours have passed by!. The time is usually 6 AM!. Then, I know for sure that I fall asleep and wake up at about 8 AM!. And then I only sleep for one more hour or so!. I am really tired, but can't fall alseep!. I stay in bed until about 11 AM!. I wake up and I'm still tired!.

So, any tips on how to fall asleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't lie in bed while you are awake, it is for sleeping!.
If you can't fall asleep in 20 minutes get up and do something relaxing like read a book, take a hot bath, etc!.
Avoid caffeine after lunch!. Try drinking chamomile tea!.
Keeps on happening!? Go to a doctor and get Ambien or something to use TEMPORARILY!. Ambien doesn't exactly get you into deep sleep but it always knocks me out in 5 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try Melatonin, it is an over the counter supplement & it is fairly cheap!. It is the natural supplement, no sleeping pill sluggish effect, and it can be used as needed!.

I have the same problems sometimes so I use melatonin and I sleep great and feel rested the next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
