Why are certain parts of my body so sensitive?!

Question: Why are certain parts of my body so sensitive!?
I have extremely sensitive upper arms!. For instance, when I push down on my upper arm lightly, it hurts me!. When a friend playfully pushes/hits/flicks me, it hurts a lot more than it would hurt anyone else!. This is also the case just above my breasts on my chest, although not as intense!. I don't know what to do about it - often when I bang my arm it hurts for a long time, even if it isn't very hard!. Even when I push my skin down, it is painful!. It has been like this for at least a year or two, but I didn't notice when it started happening or if it has been like this for longer!.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated please, I don't know what else to do - it doesn't seem big enough to go to the doctor for as it is also very hard to explain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The only things i can really think it could be is either Cellulitis or Fibromyalgia!. Cellulitis is when the tissues under the skin get infected!. It results in inflamation which could be Swelling, Redness, PAIN, or warmth!.

On the other hand, Fibromyalgia, is a spread pain in the muscles and the tissues below!. It differs from Cellulitis because the nervous system cannot control what certain parts of the body feel, so a simple touch can be construed as pain!.

hope this helps, and i'd reccommend a doctor!. You can never be too sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
