Question: Ideas to help a turf burn!.!?
today while inner tubing i scraped my elbow against the inner tube too many times andd got a small burn scratch type of thing!. i believe its called a turf burn!.
i need something to help me take the pain away!.!.!.its not letting me go to sleep and its 2 14!.

Neosporin and a bandage!. The neosporin will prevent it getting infected, and it has an analgesic in it for pain relief!. The bandage will prevent you rubbing it on anything else, and so will prevent further irritation!.
In addition, you can put an ice pack or something similar over the bandage!. The cold will numb it!.
If it still really hurts, you can take some Advil/Tylenol/whatnot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nothing that will help you at this hour but
-cvs has burn gel and ice tape(used those on really bad sun burns)
-get a soft ice pack(its a cold gel that is cold but not hard) and sleep with that
-lots of neosporin
